1. Who we are

Esports.NGO is a project run by Eesti Spordi ja Hariduse Digitaliseerimise Keskus MTÜ (registration code 80631157), a non-profit registered in Estonia — the data controller for this site. Questions about your data: tere@esports.ngo.

2. What we collect and why

We collect personal data at exactly two points. Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), your message, and the topic you chose — used only to answer you and route your message to the right person. Newsletter: your email address — used only to send you the organisation updates you asked for. We also measure site traffic with cookieless, aggregated analytics that contain no personal data (see §5).

3. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions remain in our site database for at most 30 days and are then deleted automatically. To answer you, a working copy is also sent to tere@esports.ngo and our Valvur CRM; those copies are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up, then removed manually. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them — we run no automatic deletion for the newsletter. Removal is done by hand when you ask.

4. Who processes data for us

We use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf: Railway (EU-region hosting and our database), Cloudflare (content delivery, security, DNS), Umami (cookieless, privacy-first analytics), Resend (email delivery), Cloudinary (image delivery — receives no personal data), Valvur (inquiry management), and Supabase (the Valvur CRM database). We do not use any content-management, advertising, or payment provider.

5. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and count page events without identifying you; our forms set no cookies; our fonts are hosted by us, not a third party. Because we use no cookies and no third-party trackers, there is no consent banner.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email tere@esports.ngo and we will act on your request by hand. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

7. Where your data is held

Our hosting and analytics run in EU regions; our content-delivery and security providers operate globally with EU routing.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page.
